We can't guarantee access to the accommodation for guests who cannot be identified or do not provide documentation. - Should a neighbor report a disturbance after 23:00, and it is determined that the guest is responsible, a penalty of 50 € or a deduction from the security deposit will be imposed to compensate the affected neighbors. - In the event that a guest accidentally damages the property, we ask that you inform us right away. By addressing the issue amicably we may involve the insurance and thus reduce any potential charges. - Overstaying is not permitted. Unauthorized overstays that result in the cancellation of upcoming reservations will incur a penalty fee of up to 200 € per day. In severe cases, we may involve local authorities.
